UP Vanguard leads the Disaster Management discussion on 29 April

Together with Philippine Daily Inquirer and SMC Global Power, the UP Vanguard holds the second installment of the 2021 Webinar series, entitled: “Should Disaster Governance be part of the National Security Agenda?”
This forum will be a dialogue using the World Economic Forum (WEF) format, sans presentation or slides for brevity.
In Part 1, our moderator Dr. Kenneth Hartigan-Go, Senior Fellow at the Ateneo School of Government, will pose random key but critical questions to the panelists. The panelists will give their assessment or solution that will form part of a robust discussion.
In Part 2, reactors and the general public will independently address panelists’ pointers and complement their discourse with their respective experiences. The program will run for 2 hours, punctuated by a few minutes of breaks where our host will provide key highlights preceding discourses.
An e-certificate will be issued to the participants to those who can complete the post-event evaluation.
