Judge Antonio R. Quirino distinguished himself in the field of jurisprudence. In the course of his career in the judiciary and civil government, he negotiated and effected the surrender of LUIS TARUC, the founder of HUKBALAHAP Movement, and the noted Muslims secessionist, KAMLON.
A noted civil leader and businessman, he founded the first T.V. station and T.V. Radio network in the society.
