Save Our Barracks
Lt Col Rolando Rodil , Class ’81 and UP ROTC commandant and the UP Vanguard University Chapter called on all Vanguards for help in making the Cadet Officer’s living quarters (barracks) more livable.
The commandant said, “We want to showcase the Barracks, among other things about the Corps, so we can be in a better position to encourage more cadets to become COs. This is also to show the COs’ parents that we’re giving their sons and daughters – future Vanguards and leaders of this nation – the best possible environment which we all know we can give”.
