The Philippine Security Interests in Panatag Shoal

The U.P. Vanguard Center for Strategic Studies and the Hans Koeschler Political and Philosophical Society invite you to a lecture on “The Philippine Security Interests in Panatag Shoal” to be held on 17 July 2012, Tuesday from 9am-12nn at the Malcolm Theater, College of Law, University of the Philippines.

Dr. Jay L. Batungbacal, a noted expert in maritime law and a professor of the U.P. College of Law, will give the lecture. The reactors will be RADM Vicente M. Agdamag, Deputy Director General of the National Security Council and Prof. Herman Joseph S. Kraft of the U.P. College of Social Sciences and Philosophy. Among the matters to be discussed is the link between bio-diversity and national security.
