The UPVI Scholarship Program complements the efforts of the University system and the Department of Military Science and Tactics (DMST) in all of its component universities in providing high-quality training to U.P. students as future leaders and advocates of national security and development. This document describes the revised features of the Program effective 1st Semester, Academic Year 2011-2012.
